Catherine Khoo, a Certified Financial Planner and a licensed Capital Markets Services Representative of CWA. She graduated with Bachelor of Science from University Putra Malaysia.
Over the years, Catherine found her strong interest to help people to plan for their financial life goals and to achieve financial independence. She then joined the unit trust & insurance industry, and subsequently she took up the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) course in year 2001. In 2007, she became a professional estate planner and continues to upgrade herself to obtain the certification in Islamic Estate Planning recently. Catherine is a full fledge practicing financial planner who provides holistic financial advice on how to create, protect and preserve her clients’ wealth through the practice of multi-disciplinary approach so as to achieve their life goals.
Gina Wong is an Associate Wealth Manager with CWA. She is a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Capital Market Services Representatives License from the Securities Commission. She has been involved in the financial services for the last 13 years, having started her career in the insurance industry and later as a Mortgage Consultant for a foreign bank dealing with various mortgages, personal loan, business loan and advises clients on loan consolidation. Gina noticed that most Malaysians are heavily loaded with loans and the household savings ratio is low. To build a solid financial house, she reckons that financial planning is the key process to help us deal with various financial issues through proper planning and management of our finances, in line with the country’s vision to become a high income nation by 2020.
Irene Lee is the Wealth Manager and a licensed Capital Markets Services Representative of CWA. Having been in the business for the last 19 years, she helps her clients to take a very rounded approach in their planning. She was voted the longest producing Trust consultant by BHLB Trustee in year 2005 and she continues to set up trusts for families to meet their goals in life. Some of the licenses she hold are Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner (FChFp), Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and Chartered Life Practitioner (ChLP).
She started in the insurance business in 1992 and move on to expand her business to include comprehensive estate planning, investment planning and now total financial planning.
Jenny Yap, a Certified Financial Planner and holds a Capital Market Services Representatives License from the Securities Commission.
Jenny has been an Executive Secretary for more than 10 years before she found her true calling in the Financial Services industry in 1998. She started as a Unit Trust Consultant focusing on helping clients attain optimal returns from their investments before extending her services to financial protection through insurance.
The years of practicing as a Unit Trust Consultant/Insurance Agent had led Jenny to the realization that Financial Services goes beyond investment and insurance but necessitates holistic planning and strategic approach towards long term sustainable goals.
Jenny is now a full fledge practitioner supporting her clients in building personalized strategies based on their values and achieve a balance between their desired goals against available resources and those they are prepared to set aside today.
Joyce Wong is a Certified Financial Planner and a licensed Capital Markets Services Representative of CWA. She has over 20 years of experience in the personal financial industry which includes banking, insurance and investment. She was heading the marketing and business development function of the Retail Banking Dept in Arab-Malaysian Bank and thereafter the Credit Life Dept of AIA Bhd before joining CWA. Her experience and passion to help individuals plan for their future has put her in a unique position to be able to understand and serve customers’ needs well. She is also an ICSA graduate and holds a Diploma in Business Management.
Julian Tham Chee Yeen is a Personal Financial Planning Specialist attached with CWA since 2004. He is licensed by the Securities Commission to offer financial advise under the Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL/A3548) and governed by the regulations and ethics set by the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.
While he started his professional career in the pharmaceutical line, his interest in this financial realm was triggered by his observation of the need of his then peers and colleagues for this specialty in this ever changing and globally competitive era.
For Julian, his client base includes those in the medical industry and high net worth individuals who wish to create a roadmap to guide them and their loved ones.
His work covers all areas of personal financial facet which includes protection planning, investment planning, estate planning but above all, life planning in financial terms to cater to and cover, all the needs and wants of an individual or a couple.
Khairuddin Md. Noor is an Associate Wealth Manager with CWA. He holds a Degree in Business Administration from RMIT University , Melbourne , Australia and is a member of Malaysian Institute of Management, Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and Institute of Bankers Malaysia . Khairuddin is both a Certified Financial Planner(CFP) and a certified Islamic Financial Planner (IFP). He conducts in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances and future goals through creating, implementing and continually reviewing financial plans to help clients pursue their long-term goals. As a certified Islamic Financial Planner, it enables him to add value and give the muslim clients financial advice about the concept of wealth in Islam, Estate and Waqf planning and Islamic Invesment planning.
Prior to joining CWA, he works in the banking sector for over 20 years, and has comprehensive exposure in retail and commercial banking and also training.
Moi Pak Kheong, a Certified Financial Planner and a licensed Capital Markets Services Representative of CWA. He is an accountant by training and has over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries. His interest in personal financial matters led him to join the financial services industry in 2004 and became a licensed financial planner the following year. As a financial planner, his mission is to provide holistic financial advice and wealth management services to help his clients manage their financial resources so as to achieve their life goals. His professional interest is weighted towards the areas of investment and retirement planning.
Mohd Hairil bin Nik Mustapha is the Associate Wealth Manager with CWA. He graduated with a Degree of Accounting from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in year 2003. His passion in helping clients to manage their finances led him to join CWA since year 2004 to provide holistic financial advisory services. He has a dream to build a highly competent Muslim Financial Planners team in order to serve the Muslim community in managing their financial well-being.
Shing Yee Ling graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with Distinction in 1994 and completed her Chartered Public Accountants (CPAs) course the following year to become a member of the CPAs (Australia). With over 10 years of working experience that includes various audit firms and finance manager of San Francisco Coffee Sdn Bhd, Yee Ling is a Chartered Accountant who brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the financial services industry.
She is currently a Certified Financial Planner with a Capital Market Services Representative License from the Securities Commission to provide holistic financial planning services.
Michelle Tan is the Associate Wealth Manager of CWA Financial Planning Centre with the aspiration of becoming a financial planner to serve her clients’ needs. She has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Australia in 1997 and has started her career as a unit trust consultant with CWA since 2004.
She believes life is unique for everyone and through proper planning of our finances, all of us have the potential to achieve our dreams and purpose in life. She believes in building a long lasting relationship with her clients and has always ranked her clients’ needs as the top priority when offering her services. Over the years, Michelle has developed polished skill of attentive listening when diagnosing her clients’ needs with care.
Michelle serves mature families with household income of more than RM100,000 per annum and possess accumulated assets of over RM500,000. She is currently a Certified Financial Planner with a Capital Market Services Representative License from the Securities Commission to provide holistic financial planning services.
