To provide growth to the value of Unit holders’ investments over the long term in an equity fund by investing in undiscovered smaller companies listed on Bursa Malaysia.

Fund is suitable for investors who:
  • have a medium to long term investment horizon;
  • want a diversified portfolio of equties with some foreign exposure; and/or
  • are looking for stable income through equities that offer stable income and growth potential over medium to long-term.

Distribution Policy Distribution (if any) is expected to be distributed annually, depending on the performance of the Fund and at the Manager’s discretion.
Investment Time Horizon Recommended 3 to 5 years or more.
Initial Investment Minimum RM500
Additional Investment RM200 or more at any time.
Cooling off period You have six (6) Business Days after your initial investment (i.e. the date the application is received by CIMB-Principal Asset Management) to reconsider its appropriateness for your needs. Within this period, you may withdraw your investment at the NAV per unit on the day the units were first purchased and have the Application Fee (if any) repaid. Please note that the cooling-off right is only given to an investor who is investing with CIMB-Principal Asset Management or any Approved Distributor for the first time.

However, corporations/institutions, CIMB-Principal Asset Management’s staff and person(s) registered to deal in unit trust of CIMB-Principal Asset Management or any Approved Distributor are not entitled to the cooling-off right. However, investors who invest via the EPF Members Investment Scheme (where available) are subject to EPF’s terms and conditions.

Application Fees Up to 6.5% on each investment
Annual Fees Management Fee: Up to 1.85% per annum of the NAV
Trustee Fee: 0.06%* per annum of the NAV
* Subject to a minimum fee of RM18,000 per annum
Switching Fees

Since switching is treated as a withdrawal from one (1) fund and an investment into another fund, you will be charged a Switching Fee equal to the difference (if any) between the Application Fees of these two (2) funds. Switching Fee will not be charged if the fund to be switched into has a lower Application Fee. In addition, the Manager imposes a RM100 administrative fee for every switch made out of a Fund. The Manager also has the discretion to waive the Switching Fee and/or administrative fees
